Sam arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He also changed my furnace filter and summarized the AC service he had completed. His service call was a nice way to start my day!

Chief Bauer has been an excellent business to work with. Sam came out and diagnosed a small leak in the coil and Justin came out and replaced the entire unit. Dispatcher Rhonda stayed on top of the project and the entire process was completed quickly and efficiently.

My HVAC recently wasn't cooling my house. I went on to look at the tag on it and saw it was Chief Bauer and purchased back in 2014 by my mom. I contacted Chief Bauer/Service Experts, and their team was excellent in getting a service appointment booked. They were sensitive to the fact it is summer and know how important it is to have a/c, but this was a rental home that currently isn't occupied, so it wasn't as pressing. They were still able to get me in quickly, were ahead of their scheduled service window of time, and the communication throughout was top notch. Ultimately, the technician Gabe and another gentleman came out on the first visit. They were very professional, personable and efficient. It didn't take long for them to diagnose the issue (Disconnect Box). It did require that they make a second trip because they don't carry disconnect boxes (uncommon repair) on their service trucks. However, they came back out later that same day and got it all taken care of. Gabe was top notch throughout and I felt assured and confident in his service abilities. Great experience, I signed up to a membership, so I can have 2 regular checkups per year and discounts on any future service nee

Our thermostat went out due to a power outage. I was able to make an appointment online for service the next day. The technician, Wayne, was courteous, respectful and professional. He installed the new thermostat and showed us all the settings. The cost was very reasonable. We've been doing business with Chief Bauer for over 10 years and all our experiences have been great.

Our experience with Chief/Bauer Service Experts has always been pleasant, and this time was no exception. After 21 years, we needed to replace our air conditioning unit, and we are extremely happy with the service we received and the quality of the product they provided. The technicians and Bob were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to guide my husband and me, answer all of our questions, and help us choose the best product for our home and needs. We truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
